These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeCare mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by WeCare ("WeCare", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Medical disclaimer: WeCare is a technology platform that connects you with healthcare providers and provides supportive information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgement. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use WeCare. You register using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Nature of the Service
WeCare facilitates access to healthcare: discovering and booking verified doctors, video consultations, AI-assisted symptom guidance, secure storage of medical records, and home nursing visits. WeCare itself does not practise medicine. The doctor–patient relationship is solely between you and the provider you consult.
3. AI health assistant
The in-app AI assistant provides general, informational guidance and severity indications to help you decide on next steps. It is not a medical professional and does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Always confirm important health decisions with a qualified doctor. Do not rely on the AI assistant in an emergency.
4. Healthcare providers
Doctors and nurses on WeCare register with their professional details, which are verified (including, for doctors, against NMC registration) and reviewed by an administrator before they become active. While we take reasonable steps to verify credentials, WeCare does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or outcome of any consultation or treatment. Providers are independent and responsible for the care they deliver.
5. Bookings, payments & refunds
- Consultation and service fees are shown before you confirm a booking.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. WeCare does not store your full card details.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to the policy shown at the time of booking and to the provider's terms. Where a service is not delivered, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- You are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to your transactions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or credentials.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to share.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Misuse another user's personal or health information accessed through the Service.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the records and information you upload. You grant WeCare a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your authorised providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
8. Intellectual property
The WeCare app, brand, design, and software are owned by WeCare and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information (including AI output) is accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeCare and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any clinical decisions made by you or your providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the place of WeCare's registered operations shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
